Superbowl Commercials

Have you heard that over half of the companies that purchase air time for their super bowl commercials have already released their commercials online, or have at least shared a clip of what's to come? It makes me think of Black Friday in the sense that every year, stores have opened earlier and earlier. It's gotten to the point where it might as well just be called Black Thursday. Eventually I see most companies doing this "early realease" to maximize commercial viewings. At least I get to
be at home for this particular early release. If I was paying 4 million dollars for every 30-seconds of commercial time, I too would probably be trying to get the most out of my money. Look below for a sneak peak at some of the 2015 Super Bowl commercials we'll be seeing this year.

Carrie Underwood Bump-update

Carries belly is now big enough to use as a table, how adorable! She's just the cutest. Soon to be mom to her first child is expected to give birth in about a month in a half.

Here's some other looks Carrie has rocked since being pregnant...

I love Carrie's looks most of the time but while she's been pregnant, I feel like her stylist is always drowning her in material and empire waist dresses, minus the exception of a few looks. But no matter what she's always gorgeous!

The "McGraw" Diet from

The Tim McGraw diet is mostly about a Paleo approach to food. This means you focus on what a “Cave Man” would eat. The most important thing is that 10,000 years ago, there was no access to grain. So, you can’t eat bread, flour, or just about any other grain.
Still, the Tim McGraw diet is not strictly Paleo. Instead, he incorporates some grains into his diet. It’s important to make sure these grains are gluten-free if you do so. Tim McGraw eats spelt four pancakes and often starts the morning with organic oats (groats) with a sliced banana, raisins and maple syrup.
The Tim McGraw diet includes a low-carb approach where one focuses on fruits and vegetables, for carbs. You can eat meat, but it should come from animals that were grass fed (very hard to find unless you’re at a specialty store). More importantly, Tim McGraw had to give up drinking to get the six pack he wanted, and deserved.
During the entire Men’s Health interview, Tim McGraw way “eyeing” the Kale salad they had prepared for him. Although he had to sit down and talk with a reporter, he was focused on lunch time. As he was doing hammers and kettlebell swings for the photo shoot, he kept asking ‘how much longer until I get my Kale salad?’

Bradley Cooper Prepares for "American Sniper" Role

"Bradley Cooper gained 40 pounds of muscle to play a Navy SEAL in "American Sniper" by following an 8,000-calorie-a-day Paleo-style diet. The naturally lanky Cooper had to eat every 55 minutes to maintain his high-calorie diet. Other celebrity Paleo fans include Tim McGraw, who lost 40 pounds with the low carb paleo diet and CrossFit workouts. A recent study published in the European Journal of Clinical Nutrition indicates the Paleo diet is twice as effective as other diets for promoting weight loss and reducing belly fat.
“Clinical trials have shown the Paleo diet is the optimum diet that can lower the risk of cardiovascular disease, blood pressure, markers of inflammation, help with weight loss, reduce acne, promote optimum health and athletic performance,” said professor Loren Cordain." (examiner.com).

Take Relationship Advice From Your Elders

"For better, for worse, for richer, for poorer, what is it that makes a marriage last (and last)? To answer this age-old question, family sociologist Karl Pillemer, PhD, launched the largest in-depth survey of long-married couples ever conducted, interviewing 700 people who had been hitched an average of 43 years. Their sage advice is collected in his new book, 30 Lessons for Loving ($26, amazon.com)."-ABC News
